Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. reported a decline in net earnings for Q1 of fiscal 2025, falling to $790.8 million from $834.1 million a year prior, with earnings per share at 83 cents, slightly below expectations. Despite this, revenues rose to $18.3 billion, driven by European operations following an acquisition from TotalEnergies SE.
