Jennifer Ornelli, owner of Home Away From Home kennel in Bethlehem, faces misdemeanor animal cruelty charges after a dog was found in poor condition following a week-long stay. Ornelli, who has operated the kennel for 27 years without prior complaints, denies the allegations and claims to have evidence to support her case. She was arrested and released on a $10,000 bond, with a court appearance scheduled for September 18.
