A recent Enhancv survey reveals that one in three Gen Z employees conceal their political beliefs at work to avoid conflict, with 5% facing discipline for expressing opinions. Gen Z is over twice as likely as baby boomers to feel threatened in political discussions (28% vs. 15%). Key contentious topics include presidential candidates, abortion, and LGBTQ rights, while 17% of all respondents admitted to lying about their beliefs to maintain workplace harmony.
