Drip Capital raises $113m, $23m equity from Japanese investors and $90m debt led by IFC, for market expansion and new SMB products.

Drip Capital, a digital trade finance platform based in Palo Alto, has raised $113 million in funding, comprising $23 million in equity from Japanese investors and $90 million in debt led by the International Finance Corporation. The company aims to expand its market presence and develop new products tailored for small and medium-sized businesses. With a focus on profitability, Drip Capital has financed over $6 billion in trade and serves around 10,000 businesses, primarily in India and the U.S.
