Birch Hill Equity Partners acquires Rexall Pharmacy Group and Well.ca from McKesson Corp.

Birch Hill Equity Partners has reached an agreement with McKesson Corp. to acquire Rexall Pharmacy Group, which includes 385 pharmacies across Canada, and the online retailer Well.ca. The financial details of the deal remain undisclosed. Birch Hill plans to enhance Rexall's pharmacy network while ensuring accessible healthcare services. McKesson will maintain its role as the wholesale distributor for both Rexall and Well.ca during the transition.
