Aehr Test Systems receives first multisystem orders for AI processor testing systems from a hyperscaler.
Aehr Test Systems has received its first multisystem orders for its Sonoma ultra-high-power system, designed for testing and burn-in of AI processors. The orders, from a large-scale data center hyperscaler, include six systems to be shipped from Fremont, California, over the next six months. The Sonoma system offers advanced testing capabilities at a lower cost, positioning Aehr to meet the increasing global demand for high-power semiconductors.
