Baby Elsa, a newborn abandoned in freezing temperatures in Newham, East London, on January 18th, is reported to be doing well. Found in a bag by a dog walker, she is one of three siblings abandoned in the area over seven years. Authorities are investigating her parents' identities, with no leads so far. Previous siblings, Roman and Harry, were found in 2019 and 2017, and have since been adopted. A court hearing regarding her future is forthcoming.
