Virginia State Police have issued a critically missing adult alert for 27-year-old Hunter Blake Cook, last seen on August 30 near 1600 Robin Hood Road in Richmond. Cook, who is 6 feet tall, 155 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, and a tattoo on his right cheekbone, is presumed to be on foot. His disappearance poses a credible threat to his health.
