Port of Woodland acquires Columbia Riverfront RV Park for $6.5m, plans upgrades for 2025.

The Port of Woodland, Washington, has purchased the Columbia Riverfront RV Park for $6.5 million. This 9-acre park will continue to operate as an RV site while the Port aims to enhance its facilities, including making the clubhouse ADA-compliant and upgrading the pool's filtration system. The acquisition supports the Port's goals to diversify operations amid regional growth driven by tourism and industry expansion. Completion of upgrades is anticipated by 2025.
