Melissa Caruso has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Premier Women's Hockey League (PWHL) Minnesota franchise, following Natalie Darwitz's dismissal in June. Caruso, who has 15 years of experience in the American Hockey League, including six years as Vice President of Hockey Operations, is expected to lead the team as it prepares for its second season starting in December. Her appointment reflects the PWHL's commitment to women's sports.
