A man was hospitalized after being struck by a train while sleeping on tracks in Louisiana.
A man was hospitalized after being struck by a train while sleeping on the tracks in Innis, Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana, early Monday morning. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. and the man was transported to Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. The severity of his injuries is currently unknown. The sheriff's office confirmed the railroad company is now conducting the investigation. Further updates are expected.
