Kia tops mass-market CEI in survey by FADA and Frost & Sullivan, Audi leads luxury segment.

Kia has been named the top performer in the mass-market customer experience index (CEI) in a survey by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations and Frost & Sullivan, scoring 45.84. Audi led the luxury segment with 48.93. The survey evaluated 97 aspects of customer experience in sales, product, and after-sales services. Key insights indicate that customers prioritize vehicle quality, service, and respect over features.
