Oceanside police arrested four individuals during a shoplifting sting at a Target store. Michelae Hoff, 33, from Corona, was arrested for commercial burglary, linked to over $90,000 in thefts. Three Oceanside residents, aged 25 to 34, were cited for shoplifting and released. The operation took place at 2255 El Camino Real, with plans for future loss-prevention efforts.
