Three crew members of an Indian Coast Guard helicopter are missing after the aircraft made an emergency landing in the Arabian Sea off Gujarat's Porbandar coast on September 2, 2024. The helicopter was on a medical evacuation mission for an injured crew member aboard the oil tanker Hari Leela. While one crew member was rescued, a large-scale search involving four ships and two aircraft is underway for the remaining three. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
