A horse was euthanized following a hit-and-run accident on North Delaney Road in Wadsworth, Lake County, Illinois, on Monday night. A large vehicle, likely a pickup truck, struck the horse, which was walking in the traffic lane. Despite searches by authorities, no rider or owner was located.
