Firefighter injured at Liberty Township house fire; incident investigated as accidental.
A firefighter sustained minor injuries while responding to a house fire in Liberty Township, Butler County, early Tuesday morning. The incident occurred at around 2 a.m. on Horseshoe Bend Road, where the firefighter fell through the deck due to low visibility. Fortunately, no residents were home during the fire, which is being investigated as accidental. The firefighter was treated at West Chester Hospital and has since been released.
