Christian Daniel Sosa, 28, has been charged with the murder of 31-year-old Ramirez Fuentes, who was fatally shot on May 12th in east Charlotte. Fuentes was discovered with a gunshot wound on Kilborne Drive and later died at the hospital. Sosa was arrested by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and is currently in custody. The investigation is ongoing, with further updates expected.
