Seventeen-year-old Brandon Hobby from Waukee, Iowa, met Sarah Berkley, the nurse who saved his life following a scooter accident on July 28. After Hobby, who was not wearing a helmet, suffered a traumatic brain injury and stopped breathing, Berkley performed a jaw thrust maneuver to keep his airway clear until emergency responders arrived. Hobby is now recovering and plans to return to high school, expressing gratitude for Berkley's timely intervention.
