Yatra Online Ltd has acquired Globe All India Services Ltd for ₹128 crore ($17.2 million) to bolster its corporate travel business. This acquisition adds 360 corporate clients, enhancing Yatra's capacity in booking services and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). It aims to expand Yatra's market presence and increase revenues by leveraging cross-selling opportunities. The deal is expected to be finalized this quarter and is seen as a strategic move to enhance Yatra's competitive position.
