At Liberia's Peace Anniversary, former rebel leader Yaya criticizes proposed war crimes courts for threatening peace.

At Liberia's 21st Anniversary of Peace Celebrations, former rebel leader Thomas Nimely Yaya criticized the proposed war and economic crimes courts, claiming they threaten political stability and could undermine peace. Meanwhile, victims called for justice, as the government, supported by the U.S., remains committed to establishing the courts.
