Nine individuals fell ill at a clinic in Hiroshima, Japan, on Monday due to accidental exposure to fumes from a mixture of acetic acid and sodium hypochlorite. The staff member responsible informed emergency services at 9:30 a.m., suspecting chlorine gas. All affected were treated for non-life-threatening symptoms, primarily eye pain and coughs, at a nearby hospital.
