Indian government receives Rs 2,413 crore in dividends from BPCL this fiscal year.
The Indian government has received Rs 2,413 crore in dividends from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) this fiscal year, contributing to a total of Rs 15,389.14 crore from Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs).
The government aims to collect Rs 56,260 crore in dividends for 2024-25, up from Rs 50,000 crore the previous year.
Additionally, Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) paid Rs 3,662.17 crore and an interim dividend of Rs 2,441.45 crore.
