Ohmium International, a U.S. renewable energy company, plans to invest ₹400 crore ($52.5 million) in Tamil Nadu, India, to establish a green hydrogen production and electrolyzer manufacturing facility in Chengalpattu district. The project is expected to create around 500 jobs and aligns with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin's initiative to attract investments as part of the state's goal to become a $1 trillion economy by 2030.
