4 new Special Constables sworn in by Hertfordshire Constabulary on August 15.

Hertfordshire Constabulary has welcomed four new Special Constables, who were officially sworn in on August 15 in Welwyn Garden City. These volunteer officers commit at least 16 hours monthly and possess full policing powers, including the authority to arrest. The new recruits will serve in Stevenage, St Albans, and Three Rivers. Applications for the Special Constabulary remain open throughout the year, providing training and development opportunities.
