Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) appoints V Satish Kumar as Chairman, succeeding S.M. Vaidya.
V Satish Kumar has been appointed as the new Chairman of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) after S.M. Vaidya stepped down. Kumar, who has 35 years of experience at IOC, will also continue as Director (Marketing). Under Vaidya's leadership, IOC's net profit rose significantly, and he emphasized sustainability and innovation. Kumar now aims to sustain growth and lead IOC amidst global energy challenges while maintaining its market position.
