Chinese automotive brands Omoda and Jaecoo are expanding into the Philippines, with a flagship branch set to open in Alabang by Q4 2023. Their first shipment includes the Omoda 5 SUV and the Omoda E5 electric vehicle. Dealerships will open nationwide, allowing for test drives and pre-orders starting mid-September. The vehicles come with competitive warranties: seven years or 200,000 km for cars, and ten years or one million km for engines.
