30-year-old man found seriously injured on M3 motorway near Winchester on August 30, in a suspected hit-and-run incident. The man sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital. Hampshire Police closed the northbound carriageway between junctions 12 and 11, reopening two lanes while one remains closed for investigation.
