A surfer in distress was rescued at San Francisco's Ocean Beach on Friday morning. The incident occurred near Great Highway and Judah Street, with three other surfers pulling the man out of the water before early CPR was performed. The critically injured man, a world-class paddle boarder in his mid-60s, was transported to a hospital by paramedics.
