Imo State High Court issues interim injunction stopping the Imo State government from demolishing structures at the Central Market Layout in Owerri. The court order also prohibits further ejection of plaintiffs from their structures and prevents construction of a perimeter fence around them until the motion on Notice for Interlocutory Injunction is heard and determined. The plaintiffs are seeking to restore their property ownership and receive compensation for demolished properties.
