Ethiopia's PM concerned by Egypt-Somalia military alliance amid Ethiopian dam dispute.

Ethiopia's Prime Minister, Abiy Ahmed, is concerned about an Egypt-Somalia military alliance, which has been escalating tensions in the Horn of Africa.
