40-year-old man from NSW, armed with a knife and naked, was arrested after a stand-off at Melbourne's Metro Tunnel construction site on August 30. The man scaled scaffolding to evade police, who initially tried to arrest him with capsicum spray. The construction site was evacuated as a precaution, but no physical injuries were reported. The man was eventually arrested and taken to the hospital under police guard.
