62-year-old Norman Gray from Hogansburg, NY was charged with attempting to smuggle over 16 ounces of cannabis into the US through the Massena Port of Entry. US Customs and Border Protection agents interviewed Gray, and a K9 unit alerted to drugs in his vehicle. Eight bags of cannabis were found hidden under the hood of Gray's car. He was charged with third-degree criminal possession of cannabis and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Massena Town Court in September.
