50-year-old non-Canadian woman drowns in Sylvan Lake boating accident after a boat capsized. Nine individuals, including the victim, were on board; all were wearing life jackets. Rescuers from the RCMP and Sylvan Lake Fire Department managed to save eight passengers, but the woman was found trapped beneath the overturned boat. Her body has been sent to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
