13-year-old Hussein Quig-Diop died in Burton-on-Trent last September after losing balance on his bike and falling into the path of an oncoming lorry. The coroner ruled the accident as a road traffic collision, neither Hussein nor the lorry driver could be blamed. A forensic collision investigator suggested that the bike might have been too big for Hussein, which could have contributed to the fall. The police investigation is ongoing.
