18-year-old dead in Saskatchewan sewage lagoon; SIRT investigates police conduct during truck stop.
18-year-old found dead near Langham, Saskatchewan in a sewage lagoon; Saskatchewan Serious Incident Response Team (SIRT) is investigating police conduct during incident. Warman RCMP attempted to stop a truck without taillights, but the driver fled. The next day, the truck and the driver's body were found in the lagoon. SIRT will release a report on their findings 90 days after the investigation ends.
