1 person died & 8 injured in a fatal multi-vehicle crash on Highway 12 in Santa Rosa. A dump truck hauling dirt failed to stop at a red light, crashing into the last car in a line of stopped vehicles, causing a chain reaction & closing the highway for several hours. The California Highway Patrol is investigating if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident.
