Man exposed himself to teen siblings on bikes; police seek witness, surveillance in Oliver, BC on August 27.
The Oliver RCMP is searching for a man who exposed himself to a teenage girl and her younger brother on their bikes on August 27th at 8:20 p.m. The incident occurred on Bank Avenue near Main Street, where the suspect, a middle-aged man with a partial beard, got out of a pickup truck and exposed himself. The investigation is ongoing, and the police are looking for witnesses or video surveillance to aid in identifying the suspect.
