Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) freezes RM36 million linked to gas station operator and 2 enforcement officers in ongoing investigation of Sibu, Sarawak's subsidized diesel smuggling syndicate. The syndicate allegedly misappropriated diesel for fishermen's associations and involved enforcement personnel malpractices. "Op Liter" targeted the syndicate, leading to arrests, 1.6 million litres of diesel & RM3.7 million cash seizure.
