Madison man Reginald Fullwood Jr., 59, admitted guilt to defrauding the US government by operating Jackson Medical Supply, which billed Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans for unnecessary orthotic braces worth approx $12.4M. He faces up to 5 years in prison and a $250k fine, while the US Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General and the Federal Bureau of Investigation continue their investigation.
