17-year-old Latrec Reynosa Bashford, with an intellectual disability, went missing from his West Allis, Wisconsin home on Aug 28. Last seen wearing white tank top, red shorts, and red sandals, the 5'3" 120-pound Black male has brown eyes and black curly hair. Due to his disability, Bashford cannot return home without assistance. The West Allis Police Department is searching for him and can be contacted at 414-302-8000.
