18-year-old Desean Matthews faces attempted murder & armed robbery charges in Charleston after a failed robbery attempt left 15-year-old Rakeem Baker dead and a 17-year-old injured. Matthews conspired with his relative, Baker, to rob the 17-year-old victim. The 17-year-old is in the hospital & no charges have been filed against him. Charleston Police Department continues to investigate.
