2-year-old child abducted, suspect arrested in south London.
2-year-old child was taken from a pram outside a TK Maxx store in Bromley, south London on August 28. The suspect informed the child's mother of his intention to take the child. Police intervened, recovered the child and arrested the suspect for kidnapping. The investigation is ongoing and the Metropolitan Police urge anyone who believes their child has been abducted to contact them immediately.
