13-year-old boy locked in makeshift cell by Kearns parents: A Utah couple, Melissa Ann Gray, 41, and Travis Stacey Peterson, 49, were arrested on aggravated child abuse charges after authorities found the boy locked in a makeshift cell for up to 24 hours. The couple also faced additional charges as they allegedly believed it was acceptable to lock the child in a cell.
