Ondas Holdings, an industrial wireless network and commercial drone solutions provider, announced a $4m registered direct offering for 5,333,334 units, each containing one share of common stock, a Series A warrant, and a Series B warrant. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.80 per share, with Series A expiring in 2.5 years and Series B in 5.5 years. The offering, expected to close on August 30th, will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
