Hip hop musician Desmond "Stunner" Chideme appeared in court on Aug. 31 in Zimbabwe, accused of assaulting a 9-year-old girl, a friend of his daughter. The alleged incident occurred on Aug. 25 when Chideme's daughter fell and cried while playing, leading Chideme to assault the minor and pull out her braids. Chideme, represented by lawyer Dumisani Mtombeni, denied the charge in court, and the case was remanded for further trial on Sept. 12.
