Calgary Airport's Concourse B closed for 18 months for repairs due to extensive hail damage.

Calgary Airport's domestic terminal Concourse B will be closed for at least 18 months while repairs are carried out following extensive hail damage on August 5th. Golf ball-sized hail caused damage to cars, homes, and the airport's roof membrane, leading to heavy rain flooding the terminal. Despite the closure, other parts of the terminal will remain operational, with the repair costs yet to be determined.
