Balrampur man, Shankar Dayal Gupta, was arrested for murdering his wife, Neetu Pandey, after a financial dispute. He allegedly beheaded and dismembered her body using a cleaver and electric saw, disposing of the parts in various locations. The breakthrough in the case came from examining CCTV footage, and over 200 hours of footage were reviewed from 300 cameras. The case involved investigating 500 missing persons cases. Gupta faces legal proceedings in a fast-track court.
