Two women aged 65 and 48 are charged with kidnapping a five-year-old boy in Quebec, triggering an Amber Alert. The suspects, whose names are under a publication ban, appeared in court in Longueuil, Quebec, facing charges of kidnapping, kidnapping with intent to take a person out of Canada, and abducting a person under 14 with intent to deprive their guardian of possession. The boy was found unharmed later that day in York Region, north of Toronto. The suspects will have a bail hearing on Thursday.
