68-year-old retired police officer arrested in Kenya for allegedly shooting his wife during an argument.
68-year-old retired senior police officer and former National Olympic Committee official, Stephen Kiptanui Soi, was arrested in Narok, Kenya after allegedly shooting his wife, advocate Juliet Chepkorir Maritim, during a disagreement. Maritim sustained a gunshot wound to her left thigh and was admitted to a local hospital in stable condition. Detectives found a Ceska firearm in Soi's bedroom with ammunition magazines, and plan to charge him with attempted murder.
