9-year-old Prairie Grove middle school girl hit by hit-and-run driver, 36-year-old Amber Dexter later arrested. Girl suffers minor injuries, treated by Central EMS at intersection of Cole Drive and Viney Grove Road. Dexter found at gas station, charged with leaving the scene of an injury accident.
